We hope that you truly love your Vicki Jean purchase and we stand by the quality of each item we design and sew in our studio. If upon arrival something does not meet your expectations, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange sending your item back for shop credit.

Returns are currently accepted in form of shop credit only.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom items.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and merchandise must be shipped back with tracking within 14 days of receiving the item. Please ensure the item is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. 

All returns must be in 100% new condition, unused with all original tags in place.
